Church Communications & Hub Coordinator

First Presbyterian Church of Burlingame is a warm and loving Christian community. We are looking for an organized and energetic communications professional to serve as a hub of our busy office and to support our dynamic Lead Pastor. We are a growing church!

Responsibilities:

• Design and publish church communications
• Welcome, greet and assist visitors by connecting them with programs and services
• Manage office and lead pastor correspondence
• Coordinate church and lead pastor calendars
• Create new member classes and events
• Maintain church records and databases
• Special Projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Radical welcoming personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Software skills desired: Publishing, light graphic design, social media and databases
• Hardware skills desired: Adept with office equipment
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to work in fast paced environment while taking on various tasks

Compensation: Competitive, DOE
Employment Type: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours/week
