Annual Retreats

During the spring each year we offer a weekend Women's Retreat and a weekend Men's Retreat. These weekends are opportunities to spend time growing & learning in faith and sharing in fellowship with one another.

NEW IN 2012
FPCB will be offering two types of Women's Retreats.
The first will be a Friday/Saturday retreat at the church
and the second will be a Friday-Sunday retreat hosted at Mt. Hermon.

Frazzeled to Fabulous: Celebration of Women
March 2-3, 2012
This year we are excited to have Jane Rubietta address us our featured speaker. Her topic will be "From Frazzled to Fabulous", and what she has to say will speak to women of all ages and stages of their lives. Jane is energetic, and her speaking engagements have taken her all over the world. Most recently, she spoke to a group of women in Japan when the devastating earthquake hit that country. This is the first year we are holding a Celebration Weekend at the church. It will begin with a reception and dinner in Fellowship Hall on Friday evening, March 2. Following dinner, Jane will address us. Saturday, March 3 we'll gather again to hear Jane. We'll start the day with a continental breakfast, and will have an opportunity to share in fellowship with our sisters. Lunch is planned, and childcare is free to any who need it. Mt. Hermon Women's Retreat

March 23-25, 2012

We are seeking to reserve spaces for our women to attend Mount Hermon's March 23-25 Women's Retreat with speaker Libby Vincent.

Men's Retreat - April 27-29, 2012
Marconi Conference Center - Point Reyes, CA

Join us for the Annual Men's Retreat.This is a unique opportunity to build new friendships and reconnect with old friends as we draw closer to God. In addition to talks and small groups, we'll be mountain biking to the coast, taking a nature walk, and sharing BBQ Oysters at Tony's. The retreat is for 3 days, 2 nights, gourmet meals and activities included for as low as $300. Scholarships are available. Don't miss the best weekend of the year and bring a friend!
